The likes of Showmethewaytoavrilo and Dutiful Son command maximum respect over this C&D, whilst any winning three-year-old filly from the stable of Hugo Palmer (Fortitude) should figure on the short-list. However, ALAADEL gave the impression that his best days were ahead of him when winning on debut at Doncaster in May, and assuming Jim Crowley can get him settled and tucked in from a wide draw and the necessary breaks arrive when required is more than capable of going close on his AW debut.
