Won his sole start in bumpers for M. Seror in France but was easy to back and shaped as if better for the run when sixth of 16 in juvenile hurdle at Limerick (16f, soft) on stable/hurdle debut. That form has substance and he's likely to be capable for better for powerful connections.

Fairly useful Flat winner for Charlie Johnston and promise on both hurdle starts for Gordon Elliott, chasing home an improver who had the run of the race at Wexford (20f) on soft ground last time. May have a fitness-edge over a few and another good account expected.

LARZAC was unable to replicate his French form on either start in Grade 1 company last season but looks well worth another chance dropped into a maiden. Nirisque is an interesting recruit for the excellent Henry De Bromhead yard, while Open Secret is another to note, the form of his Wexford second having been given a boost. Lincoln Du Seuil (stablemate of Larzac) is another to consider, especially if the market speaks in his favour on just second start for Willie Mullins.
