Made frame all 3 starts in Irish points and steadily progressed in maiden/novice hurdles last season, best effort when second here over 17f. Probably needed the run over C&D 2 weeks ago but may be better off in handicaps.

Went the right way from first to second run in bumpers and shaped as if needing the run on hurdling bow at Ayr (2m) last month. Longer trip should suit but we'll likely see the best of him in handicaps.

Made a winning start in Kelso bumper here last November and showed much more than on hurdles debut when third at Kelso (22f) last time, shaping as though he'll appreciate drop back in distance. May prove stable-second string behind Stride On.
