Landed 2m maiden hurdle at Ayr in January before pulled up in Grade 2 at Haydock. Produced a laboured effort switched to chasing after 10 months off there 39 days ago but step up in trip will at least suit.

Proved a different proposition back over fences when gaining an impressive first success at Ayr last week. Obvious claims under a penalty.

Made the frame all 4 starts in maiden hurdles at up to around 3m last season but was always on the back foot after early mistakes on chase/handicap bow at Kelso on return.

Bumper/hurdles winner but yet to score over fences and arrives out of sorts. Change of headgear.

Largely struggled for Pauline Robson but much improved to win 2 of his 3 starts for this yard this term, impressive at Wetherby 2 weeks ago. 8 lb rise looks justified and should make another bold bid.

Lightly-raced hurdles winner but he's been off for 18 months since beating only one in handicap chase at Cartmel (21.2f). Has his fitness to prove on his comeback run.

Landed back-to-back handicap hurdles at Ayr (20.5f) in February but no short-term promise sent chasing both starts this season. Headgear applied.

Ex-Irish who posted his best effort over fences when second here last month, responding well to first-time headgear and worn down only by a stronger stayer. Failed to build on that at Southwell 2 weeks ago but respected returned to this venue and back down in trip.
