7/4
Point/bumper winner who made a highly promising start over hurdles (on the back of wind surgery) when landing 8-runner novice at Newton Abbot (21.5f, soft) 37 days ago, despite late errors. That form is working out well so big shout with plenty more to come.

€22,000 Jet Away gelding. Dam unraced sister to fairly useful hurdler (stayed 23f) Destiny's Gold. The betting should help guide to expectations on debut.

Point winner who was placed in a Newbury bumper and shaped well on his hurdle debut at the same course 4 weeks ago, weakening run-in as if the outing may have just been needed. Likely improver.

Decent bumper performer last season, including a win at Wincanton. 9/1 and tongue tied, shaped better than remote sixth suggests on Chepstow hurdle debut/reappearance last month, weakening having still been a clear third 3 out. Had wind surgery since. Potential improver.

GENTLEMAN TOBOOT saw off a useful prospect from the Skelton yard when making a successful start to his hurdle career at Newton Abbot in October and looks up to defying a penalty. There was plenty to like about Klub de Reve's opening hurdle effort at Newbury and he's second choice ahead of Dan Skelton's Phineas Bunce.
