Won twice over further here last winter and well-prepared following 4 months off to add to tally at Worcester in May. Exploits mixed in pair of starts thereafter but no great surprise to see a better showing having again been freshened up ahead of this. Down in trip.

Fair winner in juvenile hurdles for Joseph O'Brien last year. Respectable efforts in that sphere for present stable last winter without threatening and similar story returned to the level in recent weeks. Market best guide now chasing.

Placed a couple of times over fences for this yard at the start of the campaign and manged back-to-back handicap hurdles at Perth (at 16.2f) this autumn. Extended 19f trip may have stretched him at Ayr latest and he commands a second look reverting back to larger obstacles.

Deservedly opened account when making all for a narrow success in a Bangor handicap hurdle in September. Solid start over fences, again going ahead of his mark without convincing with his finishing effort when third at Market Rasen (19.1f) 45 days ago. This sharp test could help. Cheekpieces back on

Out of sorts since winning a Catterick maiden hurdle (15.7f, soft) in February 2024, pulled up on 3 of his 4 starts since, latterly on the back of 6 months off at Perth 38 days ago. This can reveal more now tackling larger obstacles on the back of wind surgery.

Multiple hurdles winner (handily treated on best form) and promise over fences, seemingly failing for stamina when fourth of 7 in handicap chase at Sedgefield (19.3f, good to soft, 25/1) 22 days ago. Worth a look returned to the minimum trip.

In good form over fences since the spring, winning twice and placed on 6 other occasions. Nothing wrong with his most recent second returned to hurdling when runner-up at Newcastle (16.9f) 4 weeks ago and another bold showing rates highly likely back in this sphere.

Got off the mark at Market Rasen (17.2f) in January. Lost her form in trio of starts thereafter but more like it after 7 months off/refitted with a tongue strap when second of 12 in handicap chase at Hereford (2, good) 25 days ago. Player if building on that.

MY PORTIA took a much-needed step back in the right direction following a 7-month layoff when runner-up at Hereford 25 days ago and she's afforded a chance to build on that effort with her yard amongst the winners. Independent Jimmy reverting to this shorter trip, Scots Poet and the ultra-consistent Prospect House are others fancied to be firmly in the mix.
