Eighteen runs since last win in 2021. Hit and miss over fences, running poorly when tenth of 12 in handicap chase at Killarney (23.4f, good to soft, 8/1) 47 days ago. Will need to be on a going day following a short break.

Has gone close from this sort of mark over fences and has been in good form over hurdles of late, creditable fifth of 13 in handicap hurdle at Navan (20.2f, heavy, 25/1) 4 days ago. Can go well off a quick turnaround and makes appeal back up in distance on return to chasing.

Much improved for a stable switch opening his account at Roscommon (20.2f) in September prior to following up at Downpatrick (21.8f). Not ideally positioned on the inside rail on softer ground when fourth at Wexford last time but he could get back on track upped in trip on chase debut.

Temperamental sort has refused to race. Won a 22.3f handicap hurdle under an attacking ride at Galway on penultimate start but unable to repeat the feat under more measured tactics when last at Thurles (20f) 22 days ago. Racing off her lower chase mark here and not on ruled out if on a going day.

On a long losing run and fared no better with cheekpieces on for first time (now removed) when twelfth of 16 in handicap chase at Clonmel (17.2f, soft, 12/1) 15 days ago. Markedly up in trip and will need to do more to capitalise on falling mark.

Little form for current yard and was out of his depth when falling in the Skymas Chase at Down Royal (19.6f, good to soft) 20 days ago. Back in a handicap over a markedly longer trip with cheekpieces refitted and remains with something to prove.

Course winner was well-backed when pulled up on chase debut in January 2024. Progressive over hurdles last season, winning 3 times up to 2½m and just outstayed by an improver when second at Punchestown (23f) in February. Looks interesting back over fences.

Maiden has shown little this year, including on latest start back over fences when pulled up in handicap chase (125/1) at Punchestown (24.3f, heavy) 8 days ago. Others preferred.

Fair maiden hurdler shaped encouragingly when third at Sligo (21.1f, good to soft) on her debut over fences and didn't seem to stay the longer trip when pulled up at Fontwell (26f) 14 days ago. Remains to be seen if she fares better over slightly shorter with cheekpieces refitted.

DUFFYS HODEY has proven himself a fairly useful hurdler since his sole start over fences last year and he could well have more to offer as a chaser. He's narrowly preferred to The Little Yank who went close from this sort of mark earlier in the year, while chase debutant Hitthehayson shapes as though he'll appreciate this longer trip.
