Visored when winning Carlisle handicap hurdle in March but below that form when fifth at Newcastle next time and fell 6th at Hexham final run. This course winner needs to hit the ground running on his return.

Largely progressive type who posted a good sixth of 25 in handicap hurdle at Punchestown (19.4f, good to soft) in April. Still low mileage and could do better this term so is a likely player from a handy-looking mark.

It's now 12 runs since his last win in 2022 and cheekpieces tried when pulled up in handicap hurdle at Ayr (24.3f, good) 7 months ago. Needs a couple of these to falter.

Got off the mark for his current yard at Hexham last December and signed off with a respectable third of 7 in novice hurdle over C&D (soft) 7 months ago. One to consider back in handicap company.

Won 2m4f Wetherby selling hurdle for Olly Murphy in March but well held in 2m4f handicaps at Perth and over C&D for his new yard this autumn. Others are much preferred.

Made a winning start over hurdles for Francois Nicolle in October 2024 but yet to match that for his current yard, pulled up at Southwell in March and fared no better back on the Flat there in May. Not easy to make a case for.

On a losing run but he signed off for Olly Murphy with a creditable fourth in handicap hurdle at Ffos Las (23.9f, good) 23 days ago. Much respected for his new handler.

Arrives on a hat-trick after back-to-back C&D wins this autumn, overcoming a blunder 3 out to hold on narrowly on latter occasion. Not taken lightly despite a 4 lb weights rise.

C&D winner who comes here on the back of a respectable fourth of 8 in handicap hurdle here (22.7f, good to soft) 14 days ago. Very much one to consider from a slipping mark.

Notched 4 wins (2 hurdle, 2 chase) in a very productive 2024/25 campaign. Hasn't offered much over C&D and at Aintree this autumn but refitted with cheekpieces now (wore for all her wins last season) so needs considering.

Lots with chances but ROCHEVAL remains with relatively few miles on the clock and appeals as the sort to go on again this term so can capitalise on a lenient mark on his return. Heart Above arrives better than ever and heads the list of dangers, although veteran Artic Mann and hat-trick seeking The Navigator can also have a say. Asa and Joecooker complete the shortlist.
