Placed in a Point/bumper prior to getting off the mark at Huntingdon (15.8f) in March, beating a subsequent winner. Ran at least as well in defeat when runner-up at Newcastle last time, pulling clear of the rest. Carries a penalty but there's likely more to come in his second season.

Wasn't disgraced when fifth in a 12-runner Warwick bumper on debut but couldn't build on that next time, trailing the field at Southwell in February. Related to winners over hurdles but will need to improve to make a successful hurdle debut.

€47,000 3-y-o, £80,000 4-y-o, Westerner gelding finished second on Point debut (race has produced a few winners under Rules) and made it third time lucky in that sphere in November last year. Pedigree offers some hope and he's one to note in the betting on hurdle/stable debut.

£100,000 5-y-o, Malinas gelding. Half-brother to fair hurdler/fairly useful chaser Windance. Dam (c106/h115) 2m hurdle winner. Won sole start in Irish points (Dec 2024) and he merits plenty of respect starting out over hurdles for leading stable.

In keeping with his pedigree, shaped like a stayer when sixth in a bumper on debut and was still in need of the experience when well held at Uttoxeter (15.8f) in July. Steps up in trip for hurdle debut but likely to need more time/distance.

Runner-up in a point in May and showed promise in making the frame in a bumper/novice hurdle under Rules. Beaten by more than the longer trip at Leicester (20.5f) in January and interesting to see if the market expects him to get back on track on reappearance.

£24,000 3-y-o, Westerner gelding who looked in need of more time when down the field in a pair of bumpers in February. Steps up in distance for hurdles bow but likely to be a longer-term project, unless the market suggests otherwise.

Made an eye-catching Rules debut when fifth in a 2m Worcester novice but is seemingly being brought along with handicaps in mind, well beaten at Newton Abbot last month. Steps up in trip but likely one for another day.

70,000 Cloth of Stars gelding. Dam 9.5f/1¼m winner in France. Showed more than on debut when midfield in a Warwick bumper in April, ran green making headway home turn and not given a hard time. One to consider upped in trip on first start over hurdles for top yard.
