Last of 7 on sole Flat start but much more like it over hurdles, runner-up over C&D in August before going one place better back here a month later. Penalty to carry but a good-value conditional is on.

A fairly useful 1m Flat winner for Ralph Beckett in the spring but 25/1 when well-held fourth (Galactique second) on C&D hurdles debut in August. Needs to leave that behind.

10/3
Half-brother to fairly useful French hurdler/chaser Bernardo Bellotto (17f-2½m). Fairly useful maiden on Flat (stays 1m) and shaped well behind Ammes on hurdles debut at Sedgefield in September. That form puts him right in this but he was disappointing at Chepstow a fortnight ago.

Brother to fair hurdle winner around 2m Inappropriate. Useful maiden on Flat (stays 13f), runner-up 3 times in 2025, down the field last time. Has left Mrs J. Harrington but he rates a very interesting hurdling debutant.

Forecasts

Winston Junior (6/4), Lunar Orbit (10/3), Galactique (7/2), Babyken (7/2), Exactly Right (25/1)

12:57 Fontwell - 26 October 2025 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Despite failing to win a race, WINSTON JUNIOR achieved useful form on the Flat and as a brother to a winning hurdler, hopes are high that he will take to this discipline at the first attempt. French recruit Babyken also jumps a hurdle in public for the first time and he could be a bigger threat than the penalised Galactique.
