Landed a quickfire double in May and ran even better in defeat when runner-up at Stratford the following month. Found run of good form coming to a halt in a deeper race at Uttoxeter but quickly got back on track when second in 7-runner event at Bangor (23.2f) last time, clear of rest. Respected.

Winner at Plumpton in April and bounced back to his best when third of 8 in handicap hurdle (5/1) at Newton Abbot (21.6f, good to soft) 32 days ago. Looks to have little in hand from his present mark, though.

Ran well from just of the handicap back hurdling when third in a Pertemps Qualifier at Huntingdon in January. Seemed amiss when pulled up at Kempton next time and was below form at Aintree when last seen over fences, but this represents a drop in grade back over hurdles.

Dual hurdles winner who ended 2024 out of sorts. Much better signs on the Flat this year, looking rejuvenated by first-time blinkers when scoring at Newmarket in August. Found it tougher going in a warmer handicap at Doncaster just under 3 weeks ago but returns to hurdling on a reduced mark.

Made it 3 wins from 7 starts in handicaps in 7-runner handicap over C&D (good to soft, 4/1) in May, readily. Returns from a break in a slightly stronger race but remains unexposed at the trip.

MALAITA ran no sort of race over fences at Aintree when last seen in May and her fitness has to be taken on trust, but she reverts to hurdling on a workable mark and is an appealing candidate down in grade. Crystal Glance is another returning from a break but won readily over C&D in the spring and remains unexposed at the trip, while Doc Mccoy wasted no time getting back on track when second at Bangor last month and could be seen to good effect from the front once again.
