Eight-time winner (most recent win coming when he last contested this grade in May). Finished last of 15 in handicap at Doncaster (50/1) 10 days ago, soon beaten after early interference. Back in a more realistic grade but ideally needs softer ground.

Maiden filly finished fourth of 12 on handicap debut at Newmarket (10/1) 129 days ago. Needs to take a step forward but it's still early days and she hails from a sprinting family that this yard know well.

Has shown good form with second at Hamilton and third at Beverley in handicaps. Fifth of 10 in handicap at Chester (7/2) 10 days ago, dwelt at the start and never landed a blow. Capable of bouncing back over this C&D where she has won before.

Won at Goodwood in June and second over this C&D in July before finishing fourth of 6 in handicap at Lingfield (AW) (7/1) 19 days ago, coming from further back than those who finished ahead. Respected back over this C&D.

Course and distance winner has shown a tendency to wander under pressure. Ran poorly when fifth of 7 in 6f handicap at Chepstow (10/3) 20 days ago but had been largely consistent in turf handicaps prior to that. Could bounce back.

Showed fair form in maidens last year including when third over 7f at this course. Offered little when 10th of 12 at Kempton (125/1) 34 days ago after 10-month break. Needs to leave that form well behind but worth a check to see if market vibes are more positive back at the scene of his best run.

Best effort this season when fourth of 12 in 5f handicap at Newbury (40/1) but seventh of 8 in 6f AW handicap at Lingfield (18/1) 32 days ago, failing to build on that promise and weakening from over 1f out. Remains to be seen if a change of headgear does that trick.

Made the frame in 3 of last 5 runs, finished fourth of 14 in 5f handicap at Carlisle (13/2) 13 days ago with typical late rally after showing little interest early. Should be better off at 6f but remains one to treat with caution.

Failed to show much in first two maidens but finished third of 5 at Chepstow (6f, 150/1) 20 days ago, showing improved form on heavy ground and shaping as though she'd stay further. Faces quicker ground on handicap debut and market should offer some clues with yard also saddling Connie's Rose.

C&D winner Wichahpi had been in top form prior to a slow start at Chester last time and she could be the main danger, while Connie's Rose should remain competitive off 5 lb higher following her recent success at Chepstow.
