Inexpensive purchase but showed a bit when sixth of 11 in maiden at Lingfield (6f, AW, 50/1) on debut 16 days ago, not knocked about. Worth a check to see if she features more prominently in the better here but is probably one for nurseries.

Sergei Prokofiev filly was a cheap purchase given her pedigree and showed promise when runner-up at Carlistle (5.8f, soft) on debut 10 days ago, no match for potentially useful, more-experienced winner. That form puts her in the mix on all-weather debut.

€4,000 yearling, Cotai Glory filly. Half-sister to 7f winner Manaslu and 1¼m winner Diamine. Dam maiden half-sister to useful winner up to 11f Menhoubah. Probably one for the future.

Arguably unlucky not to get off the mark in an all-weather maiden in July and backed that up when a close third at Windsor later that month. Too free over 7f at Yarmouth last time but drop back to 6f should help in that regard. Looks one of the likelier winners on return to the all-weather.

Has a pedigree of contrasts but showed ability at huge odds when 150/1, fourth of 12 in novice at Windsor (6f, good to firm) on debut 39 days ago, ran green and made late headway. Entitled to do better second time up.

STARTLED LADY was arguably unlucky not to land a similar event at Southwell earlier this season and should be suited by the drop back to 6f having been too keen over 7f last time. She's taken to get off the mark at the expense of Ten Sixty Six who has shaped with promise in 7f maidens (form has taken a few knocks) but could be seen to even better effect over a sprint trip, while Gwen's Girl finished runner-up on her debut at Carlisle 10 days ago and is entitled to improve.
