€75,000 breeze-up purchase went with some promise despite obvious inexperience when fifth of 10 in novice at Windsor (8.1f, good to soft, 9/1) on debut 17 days ago, not given a hard time. That form has been given a boost and he could be open to improvement stepping up in trip.

55,000 gns yearling, Sea The Moon colt. Half-brother to French 9f winner On The Balcony and 1m winner Teodolina. Dam unraced half-sister to useful 2-y-o 6f winner Remember You. Newcomer makes some appeal on paper for excellent yard.

€16,000 yearling, 20,000 gns 2-y-o, Calyx gelding. Dam lightly-raced maiden out of smart winner up to 8.5f (2-y-o 5.7f winner) Katdogawn. Market should prove informative with yard also saddling Ballon Rouge.

€42,000 yearling, New Bay colt. Half-brother to several winners, including useful 2-y-o 7f winner Lose Yourself and 1¼m/11f winner Hafez. Has some quality in his pedigree and is one to note in the betting for a yard who can ready one first time up.

Well-bred son of Kameko whose debut third has worked out well. Improved when fourth in a conditions race at Clairefontaine but didn't look the easiest ride when fourth in a 6-runner novice at Goodwood last time. However he's in much calmer waters here and could get off the mark upped in trip.

Hinted at ability when third on all-weather debut but finished last of 9 in maiden at Lingfield (7f, AW, 20/1) 15 days ago. Up in trip for turf debut but may be one for handicaps.

Ran to a similar level as on debut when fifth of 10 in maiden at Chelmsford City (7f) 28 days ago. Up in trip with cheekpieces on for first time on turf debut but may be better off in low-grade nurseries.

Bred to need time and distance and shaped accordingly when sixth of 9 in maiden at Lingfield (7f, good to firm, 11/1) on debut 45 days ago. Entitled to come for that run but she may prove one for the longer-term.

Could hardly have shown less when last of 8 in maiden (80/1) at Newmarket (8f, good to firm) on debut 41 days ago, very green and flashed tail. Needs to leave that run well behind.

Offered something to work with at long odds when fourth of 5 in novice at Chelmsford City (8f, 33/1) on debut 19 days ago. Steps up in trip on first turf start but looks another who'll be better off in nurseries.

Green Falcon (5/4), Baltic Fleet (9/4), Starship Trooper (15/2), New Bay Star (8/1), Femme Fatale (11/1), Tai Hang Pegasus (16/1), Devil's Brigade (28/1), Ballon Rouge (66/1), Loose Connection (80/1), Telfy Boy (100/1), Kalika (200/1)

14:30 Yarmouth - 18 September 2025 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

GREEN FALCON has mixed it in better company than this to date and despite not looking totally straightforward, he may be able to get off the mark over this slightly longer trip. Baltic Fleet showed promise on debut when fifth in a Windsor maiden and that looks solid form, while the market should prove informative regarding the newcomers, New Bay Star perhaps the most likely to make an impact on paper.
