Scaffolding MDS Handicap Hurdle

2024 Summer Hurdle winner who didn't need to be at his best to notch another Market Rasen success in a 4-runner handicap in June. Not in the same form back in blinkers when mid-field in the 2025 renewal of that aforementioned handicap and also well held at Cartmel latest.

Cork winner as a juvenile in 2024. Amiss when last seen in May 2025 but has joined a yard with a superb record with new inmates so he may well revive.

Misfired on yard debut with cheekpieces added in June but has proved a different proposition since the visor went on, completing the hat-trick at Market Rasen 3 weeks ago, unchallenged. Hard to know his ceiling in current mood.

Fair form on 2 of his 3 outings in bumpers and made a promising start over hurdles, again finding only a useful prospect too good when runner-up in a 10-runner novice at Catterick (19.3f, good, 6/4) in December. Failed to justify a short price on C&D return and now goes handicapping.

Lightly raced in recent times but ran right up to form when second from 1 lb higher at Newton Abbot in May. Heavy defeat on the Flat 12 days ago but fitness is assured, at least.

Winless since 2022 and won't be chancing that on recent evidence.

Added to tally over hurdles at Haydock in March and shaped quite well behind an easy winner at Stratford in July, Merits consideration.

Fairly useful on Flat for Owen Burrows and made a successful start to his hurdles career in Ludlow juvenile (15.7f) in November. Hasn't progressed in 3 runs subsequently in this sphere and July's Flat return hardly brimming with promise. Stable debut.
