Without a win since April 2022, finished second of 4 in a handicap at Ffos Las (13/2) 43 days ago, running creditably having dictated. Remains to be seen if he can back that up in a bigger field.

Won handicap at Chepstow over 16f (11/1). Raced lazily when second over 14f here prior to finishing seventh of 8 in handicap at Bath over 11.6f (8/1) 27 days ago when unsuited by shorter trip. Should appreciate return to 16f where success last came.

Form has picked up in recent handicap starts including when third of 4 in handicap at this C&D (good) 43 days ago, needing more of a test. Not ruled out if the forecast rain arrives.

Consistent of late, including a second at Chepstow, most recently third of 7 in handicap at Catterick (9/4) 23 days ago, off the bridle a long way from home. Clearly an out-and-out stayer and arrives in fine heart.

Maiden was runner-up here last year but yet to fire in two starts this season. finished 4th of 7 in a 15.9f handicap at Catterick (14/1) 23 days ago when making headway under pressure before plugging on. Shouldn't lack for fitness and no surprise to see him more competitive.

Bred to be better than this sort of mark and definite positives in handicap starts, ran well when third of 7 in handicap at Pontefract over 17f 22 days ago, lacking a change of gear. Drop in class and first-time cheekpieces should help and he looks interesting, especially if ridden more positively.

Won a 16f handicap at Les Landes 62 days ago, but raced too freely when sixth of 9 in conditions race at Yarmouth (11.5f) 43 days ago. Cheekpieces removed and will need to settle better if he's to get home back up in distance.

A competitive handicap but JEDHI KNIGHT is bred to be better than this sort of mark and looks the type to be suited by the addition of headgear. He may be able to capitalise on the drop in grade, though in-form Cogital ticks a lot of boxes and is feared most, while stablemate Adrian wasn't seen to best effect in a slowly-run 4-runner race here last time and could come into his own granted more of a test.
