Fair Flat winner who made it eighth time lucky over hurdles in 20.5f Market Rasen maiden in July. Not in the same form when a well-held third there a fortnight later but this looks a good opportunity for him to bounce back in new headgear (visor replaces blinkers).

Modest maiden on Flat (stays 9f) for Richard Fahey and well held all 5 completed starts over hurdles.

Refused at the first in a point but showed plenty to win both his starts in bumpers this summer. Bit disappointing he could only manage third sent off at 4/5 for his Uttoxeter hurdle debut (2m, good) last month but no surprise were he to leave that well behind now. Up in trip.
