Off the mark for present yard over this C&D last September and far from disgraced when runner-up back here the following month. Not at his best since, but he's dangerous to discount having slipped back to last year's winning mark.

Misfired on yard debut with cheekpieces added in June but has proved a different proposition since the visor went on, winning last 2 starts by a combined 28 lengths. The assessor has been predictably heavy-handed (raised a total of 27 lb for that brace), but his best days may still be ahead of him.

Fair chaser in Ireland, second in a 6-runner beginners' event at Downpatrick (19.4f, good) when last seen in May. Since changed hands and she could have a part to play off a reasonable mark back over hurdles.

All 3 career wins gained here on fast ground, most recently winning by 13 lengths over 16.6f in June. 13 lb rise means that a new, clear personal best will be required, but she's clearly in good heart and another bold show may well be on the way.

Winner of juvenile event on debut here last summer and off the mark in handicap company at the third attempt over 2m at Worcester (good to soft) last month. 2 lb nudge fair enough, but he has more on his plate in this stronger race.

Maiden point winner in May 2023, but willl need to step up on what he's shown in maiden/novice company in order to make an impact on this handicap debut. Has undergone a wind op.

Exceeded expectations returning from 15 months when third over 20.6f here in May and duly built on that when striking over the same C&D (good to firm) a month later. Shaped better than the distance beaten (again over 20.6f at this course) last time and he's not without each-way hope.

Flat winner who performed well on a couple of occasions over hurdles last year. However, she hasn't shown a great deal in 3 runs since returning to action in April and a revival is needed on this debut for new connections.

Opened hurdles account over this C&D last September, but it's been downhill most of the way since and Matoury is presumably the stable first-string.

Yet to trouble the judge and while he's not one to completely write off with his mark continuing on the slide, others table far more compelling credentials.

Still seeking first success and while he was well below par when returning from a break at Worcester last month, that run was almost certainly needed and he's worth a second look returned to this venue (has made the frame on each of his 3 previous visits to Market Rasen).

Record stands at 0-17 overall and failed to build on his improved stable debut third at Stratford in June when fourth of 9 in a first-time visor (retained) at the same course next time. 6 lb 'wrong' at the weights.

Sixty Plus (5/2), Matoury (11/2), Play Pretend (6/1), Zuul (15/2), Bannister (15/2), Tankardstown Diva (9/1), Game Beaaa (11/1), No Guarantee (12/1), Bennettshill (14/1), Jo's Rainbow (22/1), Lord Warburton (33/1), Platenium (66/1)

20:03 Market Rasen - 16 August 2025 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

Hat-trick seekers SIXTY PLUS and Game Beaaa are hard to ignore and, despite the handicapper taking a big swipe at the former following his wide-margin Worcester victories last month, James Owen's charge is taken to emerge on top. The assessor has also given Game Beaaa a hefty rise following her facile win here when last seen in June, but she is also expected to rise to the challenge. Zuul is interesting back here and is third choice ahead of Irish import Tankardstown Diva.
