SIGNCASTLE CITY hasn't always convinced with his finishing effort, but he nevertheless won three times in 2024 and returning to the all-weather could prove to be a good thing, given how smoothly he travelled through the race when a solid second over 7f here at the beginning of June. Crack Shot is a big threat on debut for the shrewd James Owen yard, while Bright Times Ahead needs to get back on track, but her opening mark looks fair and she's not one to give up on just yet.
