Likeable front-runner who landed as second listed success of the campaign when comfortably seeing off Absurde over C&D (good to firm) 4 weeks ago. The one to beat again.
Dual winner over hurdles upon joining present yard over the winter. Went close in a 1½m course handicap on Flat return in May but well held back here the following month and only a fair fourth over hurdles since. Faces stiff task as this level.
Won the Northumberland Plate and an Australian Group 3 in a strong 2024 campaign. Performed respectably in Dubai at the start of this year and made a creditable return to Britain when eighth of 20 under a big weight in this year's Northumberland Plate.
Progressive sort who was suited by the step up to 1¾m last autumn, signing off with an Ascot listed success. This is a slightly belated reappearance but could go on to even better things as a 4-y-o.
Won the valuable Melrose Handicap over C&D last in August. Returned with good runner-up efforts in 1½m Group 3s at Newbury this spring and creditable 5¼ lengths sixth of 12 to Rebel's Romance in Hardwicke at Royal Ascot since. Should go well back at 1¾m.
AL QAREEM looks better than ever this season and this front-runner should take a bit of pegging back again. Tabletalk should relish the return to 1¾m and can give Karl Burke's charge most to do.
