Useful C&D winner for Eve Johnson Houghton but not at his best on final run for that yard at Ascot last season. Showed he retained all his ability on first start for current connections when third in a 7f Newcastle handicap 13 days ago, pulling clear of rest. Should remain competitive down in class.

Hasn't stood much racing but returned better than ever on just the fourth start of her career when making all in a 7f Lingfield handicap last month, eased close home. Bids for hat-trick from 10 lb higher mark but further improvement a real possibility back on turf.

Has done the vast of his winning on all-weather and turned in his best effort of the year returned to tapeta and back at 7f when third at Newcastle 13 days ago, finishing close up with a couple of well-treated sorts. Competitive in turf handicaps from higher marks last season. Not ruled out.

Dual winner from 4 starts last year but hasn't gone on from promising reappearance this season. Faced a tough task in the Buckingham Palace at Roayl Ascot last time and ought to be more competitive down in class.

Fairly useful for John & Thady Gosden but left that yard for 50,000 gns earlier this season. Ran better than on stable debut when midfield in a 6f Thirsk handicap last month but has improvement to find back up in trip for yard struggling for winners.

Veteran who tasted success twice on all-weather last year and has returned in great heart, going close from his last winning mark when fourth of 13 in a handicap at Doncaster (7f, good to firm) 13 days ago, just getting going too late. Races from the same mark but upped in class now.

Hit the frame for the third consecutive race when fourth in a 7f Newmarket handicap last month, for all she was well positioned (led nearside group), Doesn't look an abundance of pace on here and she should run her race again from 1 lb lower,

Fairly useful 10f winner for John & Thady Gosden (sold for 55,000 gns) and has matched that form dropped back to 7f for current connections, despite again showing plenty of quirks when third in a 10-runner Haydock handicap 7 days ago (hung left). On a fair mark but more on his plate upped in grade.

Twice a winner last season over 1m but far from his best on two starts on the all-weather earlier this year. Now reverts to 7f on turf but has something to prove returning from a 142 day absence.

Useful winner for Ger Lyons and better than the result on a few occasions for current yard (including both starts at this track) and latest run when ending up away from the action at Carlisle (7.8f, soft). Has dropped to a tempting mark and remains one to be interested in on better ground.

Has enjoyed plenty of success on the all-weather but ran right up to her best returning to turf (despite a typically sluggish start) when third in a 13-runner handicap at York (6f) last month, putting in some good late work. Worth another go at 7f on that evidence but still has a bit find.

Shaped well on reappearance over 7f at Thirsk this season and ran creditably over 1m at that track in May prior to be unsuited by the step up in trip when unable to land a blow at York (8.8f) 27 days ago. Has since had wind surgery and could be worth another chance back over 7f from a falling mark.

C&D winner was successful three times with give in the ground last autumn. Did too much too soon over 6f at Pontefract latest and while becoming well handicapped, he may be seen to best effect later in the season.

Carried his head high but that didn't stop him cashing in on a reduced mark over this C&D (good to firm) last month and wasn't disgraced faced with different conditions when eighth of 16 at Carlisle (7.8f, soft) 16 days ago. Often goes well here and ought to be competitive once again.

In an open handicap, it could pay to take a chance on MR KING who has shaped better than the result on both runs at this track for current connections and again had valid excuses at Carlisle last time. He's fallen to a tempting mark and may be able to capitalise at the expense of hat-trick seeking Dubai Treasure who looks open to improvement returning to turf. C&D winner Streets of Gold shaped well on stable debut at Newcastle and could fare best of the rest.
