Learned plenty from debut and proved a different proposition under less testing conditions over a longer trip when winning a 13-runner Nottingham maiden (6f) 2 weeks ago, pulled clear with runner-up and only kept up to her work late on. No surprise to see her follow up under a penalty.

A'ali filly was given a consideration introduction when finishing midfield in a Chepstow novice stakes over this trip on debut, showing plenty of inexperience. Will have learned plenty and may well improve second time up.

Bred to be speedy but didn't see out her race when eighth in a 14-runner novice over C&D on debut last month. Should last longer this time around but will need to improve if she's to get off the mark.

Mohaather Filly. Half-sister to 3 winners, including 1m-1¼m winner (stayed 1½m) Danville (by Muhaarar). Dam, maiden (stayed 1½m), half-sister to US Grade 2 1m/9f winner Uncharted Haven. Bred to want further in time but newcomers from this yard entitled to plenty of respect.

Land Force filly. Half-sister to 1¼m winner Come To Pass. Dam lightly-raced half-sister to US Grade 3 8.5f winner Kilgowan. Stable not renowned for debut winners.

Relatively cheap purchase and showed nothing on debut when well beaten at Windsor 24 days ago. Yard does well with juveniles but will need to step forward markedly here.

Belied market weakness to produce a promising first effort, getting the hang of things late on (having been very green) to finish third in a novice stakes over C&D 16 days ago. Should improve and looks one of the likelier winners.

James Garfield filly went with little promise when eighth of 11 in a maiden at Chelmsford City (6f) on debut 35 days ago. Best to look elsewhere.

Bred more for 7f/1m but offered something to work with over 6f on debut, beaten 3 lengths under a hands-and-heels ride when sixth of 9 in a Goodwood fillies maiden 27 days ago. Open to improvement and could well make more of an impact on her second start.

BRISK SYMPHONY wasn't all out when getting off the mark at Nottingham last month and she may be able to follow up that victory under a penalty, in a race sponsored by her trainer. The penny dropped late on debut for Jowalla when third over C&D and she looks sure to improve, as does Too Hot To Love who offered something to work with under a hands-and-heels ride at Goodwood on her racecourse bow.
