Justified good support to make a winning return in at Redcar (10f) in April but his fractious nature seems has gotten the better of him subsequently, refusing to settle and looking awkward off the bridle when well held at York last month. Remains to be seen if more tractable in first time hood.

Fairly useful maiden winner on Flat (11.6f) and ran to a similar level in juvenile hurdles for Harry Derham. Below form on final start for that yard when sixth of 12 in handicap hurdle at Huntingdon (15.8f, good to soft, 6/1) 126 days ago. One to note in the betting on stable debut.

Redcar novice winner who chased home a subsequent winner at Chester prior to matching that form when finishing third of 7 in a handicap at the same course (10.3f, good to firm) 23 days ago. Drops slightly in grade and should run well again.

Contested a strong maiden on debut and has shown steady improvement on two subsequent starts in maiden company, fourth of 12 at Sandown (10f 22 days ago. Plenty to like about him physically and on pedigree and could be a big threat if proving his stamina for this trip on handicap debut.

Undone by the step up in trip and competitive nature of the race when last of 10 in handicap at Doncaster (14.5f, good to firm, 33/1) 29 days ago. Drop in trip/class should see him more competitive in first time blinkers.

Course winner doesn't arrive in the best of form, disappointing reappearance when last of 12 in handicap at Carlisle (9f, good to soft) 20 days ago, for all he was ridden too aggressively. Others preferred.
