Won on debut at Newcastle and better form when fourth at Nottingham over this trip. Off 11 months. well beaten when last of 12 on handicap debut at Southwell (4/1) 91 days ago after breathing operation. Needs to show more.

Won on debut at Ayr and has shown fairly useful form since. Gelded prior to last start when fourth of 9 in handicap at Epsom (9/4) 27 days ago, running a cracker but giving best late having looked less comfortable on the track. Definitely has more handicaps to be won this year.

Lightly-raced 3-y-o showing improvement with each run, finishing second in 2 consecutive starts, including in a handicap at this C&D (10/3) 7 days ago, making the running before being headed 1f out and rallying strongly. A strong-galloping type who is sure to win races soon.

Won a maiden at Ripon in April and has shown fair form in handicaps since. Finished second of 6 in a handicap at Ripon over 12f (7/2) 15 days ago, unlucky to bump into one but pulling clear of the remainder. Handles this trip well and could have more to offer.

ELSASS shaped promisingly when making the running and rallying strongly when second over C&D last week and a similar performance should put him bang there again. Hornsea Bay, gelded prior to a creditable fourth at Epsom, has shown strong form and should appreciate this more conventional track. Arkinthestars pulled clear of the remainder when second at Ripon and is another to consider.
