It was only ¾-length that separated WISE APPROACH and Tadej when the pair finished 1-4 respectively at Ascot 15 days ago, with the former only needing to be asked to do just enough when it mattered. A well-made sort, he can confirm those placings under a penalty with plenty more to come now upped to 6f. Tadej is certainly open to improvement himself and rates a big threat, ahead of easy Thirsk winner Jan Steen. Side Deal and First Legion, expensive buys at the Breeze-Ups, also command a look.
