Age: 4|  Weight: 11-7| J: Paul O'Brien| T: Harry Derham| D
3/1
Sea The Moon filly who overcame inexperience to make a winning start to her career at Fakenham (2m, good to soft) in November. In good hands and can be expected to improve.

Horse silk
33/1
Finished over 6 lengths behind the reopposing Ninna Collina on her Ludlow hurdle debut in December and went backwards from that when last of 7 at Newbury since. Likely vulnerable.

Kapgarde filly out of a hurdle/chase winner in France from a good family. Likely type on paper for a top yard with a very strong Wetherby record.

Dartmouth filly. Dam, 2m hurdle winner, half-sister to Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Sizing John. Would enter the reckoning on debut if the betting vibes are strong.

More one for longer term judged on her efforts in a course bumper and Haydock hurdle in December.

Half-sister to numerous winners and showed a fair level of ability in 2 similar races towards the end of 2024, latterly runner-up at Ludlow (2m, soft). First run for 10 weeks.

Horse silk
11/2
Runner-up on Doncaster bumper debut (good ground) in November. Not up to a Cheltenham listed bumper on New Year's Day but in at a realistic level on hurdle debut.

Forecasts

La Belle Argentee (13/8), Madame Luna (3/1), Ninna Collina (9/2), Rose's Dart (11/2), Livingonaprayer (8/1), Highbury Hill (33/1), Mystical Martika (80/1)

13:45 Wetherby - 26 February 2025 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

MADAME LUNA should have more to come on the back of her Fakenham debut success in November and can make it 2-2, although market confidence behind Dan Skelton newcomer La Belle Argentee would make her a possible big threat. Rose's Dart showed enough on the first of her 2 outings in bumpers to think she could also make her presence felt in a race like this now hurdling.
