Out of sorts for Shark Hanlon during early summer but placed in a couple of points prior to an encouraging yard debut effort when second of 9 in handicap hurdle at this course (23.4f, good to soft) 10 days ago. Cheekpieces go on back over fences and he's one to consider.

Hurdles winner who showed benefit of his reappearance when fourth of 7 in handicap hurdle at Plumpton (20.5f, good to soft) 58 days ago. Pulled up sole previous try over fences though he had excuses then and he may yet have more to offer in this sphere.

Belatedly off the mark in handicap hurdle (9/2) at Stratford (16.3f, heavy) on return. Respectable placed efforts both starts over fences subsequently, that despite making mistakes and he's a player if brushing up his jumping.

Modest winning hurdler (at 25f) but not matched that level in pair of chase starts this winter, eighth of 11 in handicap chase at Lingfield (23.5f, soft) 23 days ago. Mark is easing all the time but he needs to show more before becoming of interest.

Poor form over hurdles and hasn't fared any better in this sphere so far, off 4 months prior to finishing a distant third of 6 in handicap chase at Huntingdon (19.9f) in November. Yard look to hold much stronger claims with One Last Glance.

ONE LAST GLANCE surely has a race of this nature within his grasp if cutting out the mistakes and he earns the vote on the back of his Ffos Las second 6 weeks ago with cheekpieces now enlisted. Hardy Buck shaped encouragingly over hurdles for his new yard recently and is a player with a repeat back over larger obstacles. Birdman Bob is another not ruled out.
