Failed to meet market expectations in bumpers 10 months apart and in need of the experience when third of 6 in novice at Hereford (16.2f, good) on last month's hurdles debut. Never a factor in a better race at Taunton and looks a long-term project.

Has won between the flags but no impact both starts in hunters a year apart.

Winning pointer who was placed on the first of 2 starts in bumpers in 2023/24. Sound-enough start to hurdles career with a brace od third-place finishers at up to 20f and he sets the standard down in trip on the back of a breathing op.

€12,000 3-y-o, Ocovango gelding. Half-brother to bumper winner/fairly useful hurdler Glencassley and bumper winner Nana Joan. Sent off long odds and minor promise only both starts 11 months apart.

Fair form shown in bumpers but had a wind op before coming in only ninth of 14 in novice at Bangor (16.7f, heavy) on hurdles debut in October. Well backed and showed a lot more when second of 8 at Uttoxeter a month ago. Should be in the mix.

£70,000 3-y-o, Diamond Boy gelding. Half-brother to fairly useful hurdler Foillan. Dam unraced, closely related to fair hurdler (stayed 3¼m) Bold Conquest. Placed both starts in Irish points and while he clearly needed the experience starting out at Warwick, he did show ability.

£38,000 3-y-o, Linda's Lad gelding. Dam (h112), bumper/2¾m hurdle winner, half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser (winner around 2¼m in France) Dourakine. In fourth when falling at the last on debut 19 days ago.

Shaped well amidst inexperience first time up in bumper at Warwick in October 2023 but was well held on hurdling debut there 14 months later. In good hands but has a lot to prove.

Showed a bit in bumpers and shaped as if in need of the experience on his hurdling debut at Uttoxeter in May. Will probably do better further down the line.

Pether's Moon gelding. Half-brother to fairly useful hurdler Rafferty's Return. Dam (h89), maiden hurdler, half-sister to fairly useful hurdler (stayed 2½m) Cairde Aris. Never involved on debut a fortnight ago.

Perfect start in 3-runner newcomers bumper at Fakenham a year ago. Little to get excited about since and looks one for handicaps.

Took a keen hold and tailed off in well-contested 3-y-o Newbury bumper last Christmas for Tom Lacey. Third in a point in April but didn't achieve a great deal over hurdles in recent weeks.
