Won Sedgefield handicap hurdle in January. Not in the best form when last seen in the spring and not an obvious chasing type. Has left Rebecca Menzies,

A fair winning hurdler who was given a considerate introduction to chasing when fourth of 7 in handicap at Sedgefield (21.1f, good to soft) 2 weeks ago. Entitled to build on that and becoming well treated.

Bumper winner who bettered hurdles exploits at the first attempt in this sphere when second in a Wincanton handicap chase in December. Hasn't gone from that since but it's still early days for this 8-y-o as a chaser and he's not without hope.

Fairly useful Flat winner in Ireland but yet to match that level over hurdles. Makes chase debut.

Won multiple points but made disappointing return to Rules when sixth of 13 in handicap chase at Newton Abbot (21f, good, 15/2) in June. Bit to prove now.

Remote third sole outing in bumpers for Nicky Henderson and this former point winner has failed to pull up any trees in 4 starts over hurdles to date. Needs to raise her game now chasing.

Dual hurdles winner in 2022. Missed whole of 2023 and has yet to match his previous best this year, including in 2 starts over fences. Shaped slightly better than the bare result when fourth of 10 in handicap hurdle at Bangor (19.6f, good) 39 days ago so not ruled out back chasing.

Had offered little but responded well to this headgear when third of 9 in handicap hurdle at this course (20.6f, good) 158 days ago. Interesting sent chasing right away by new trainer.
