FBC Manby Bowdler Mares' Maiden Hurdle (GBB Race) (Div 1)

Promise when second in mares bumper at Galway on debut for Ms Margaret Mullins but badly needed experience when pulled up in mares maiden on hurdling bow at Bangor in June. Still early days in this sphere, though.

Well held in pair of Irish bumpers but runner-up in point and has showed ability in both novice hurdles, latest when good third of 7 over C&D (good) 34 days ago. Likely contender.

Looks very limited on early evidence and can only be watched.

Made a winning bumper debut in March 2023. Seen only twice since and she looked badly in need of the experience when tenth in novice at Fontwell (17.7f, good) on hurdles bow 97 days ago. In good hands, though, and is worth monitoring in the market.

No impact in either bumper start but hinted at ability when fifth of 10 in novice (80/1) over C&D (good) on hurdles bow 56 days ago, finishing with running left. Likely to need more time, however.

Disappointed on hurdles debut at Wexford (heavy) in May but showed ability in bumpers last term and is worth monitoring in market on debut for new yard here. Had wind operation.

Fair form when winning 2 handicaps on the Flat in 2023 (both at 1m) but below that level in a couple of starts in this sphere, latest when sixth in C&D maiden last month. Others preferred.

Placed in second start in points but was never on terms when eighth of 14 in bumper at Uttoxeter (15.8f, good, 4/1) on NH debut 26 days ago, unsuited by way race developed. Could be a player on switch to hurdling.
