Successful twice on AW upon last season ending and went on to land a valuable Newcastle handicap (1m) in March. Largely solid efforts returned to turf since, showing enough when in the clear in the Goodwood Golden Mile last week to suggest he's in reasonable heart.

Useful form when winning at Kincsem on final 2023 start and mostly good efforts since, continuing to find things not really falling his way, shaping as if right at the top of his game but never really getting a clear run at it in the Goodwood Golden Mile. Shaped well in this last year.

Successful at listed level at Newcastle (6f) in November but hasn't fired in handicaps of late. Career-low mark and has produced some of his best efforts here.

Landed a hat-trick in 2022, starting in C&D handicap before Group 3 victories, and back in form in 1m handicaps of late, although was well placed and again didn't look to be giving it 100% when it came to the crunch here last time.

A regular in big handicaps, particularly here, but hasn't been at his best since his reappearance this year, time perhaps catching up with him.

Smart handicapper placed in the Cambridgeshire last autumn and continues to leave the impression he'll find a race coming his way before the season is out, never nearer in the Goodwood Golden Mile last week. One to consider in re-fitted visor.

Quirky sort who ran out an emphatic winner of 1m Ripon handicap last summer before good efforts in stronger contests. Well held in Vichy listed race on return last month however having left Charlie Johnston (sold 70,000 gns in May). More needed.

Progressive sort who has won 3 times this year and improved again when going close in the International here a fortnight ago. 1m will suit and he can go well under Hayley Turner.

Got a hat-trick up in 7f handicaps in June but another rise in the weights proved beyond him in pursuit of the 4-timer at Yarmouth last time and this is tougher still. Headgear removed.
