Latest win at Southwell in March and, made the frame in handicaps at Sandown/Thirsk in a refitted hood last month. Remains 5 lb above last winning mark though, and this looks a tougher ask than of late.

Regained the winning thread at Ripon in May and shaped well to make the frame on 2 of his next 3 outings. Latest effort at York was below par but the return to 5f rates a plus and he's a likely type to bounce back.

3-time C&D winner who resumed with a very good third here in April. Well beaten at Windsor next time though and he was again below his best when sixth of 11 in handicap at Hamilton (5f) 49 days ago. Return to this venue a plus and he landed this race from 2 lb higher 12 months ago.

He remains on a workable mark and gets the tentative vote. 3-y-o pair Tropical Island and Equity Law are others to consider, whilst Stone Circle also enters calculations having dipped 2 lb below the mark that saw him successful in this race 12 months ago.
