Has really enhanced his strike-rate over fences at Newcastle in recent times, winning 3 times in all last season. Versatile regarding trip and 4 lb rise shouldn't prevent a bold bid.

Placed in an Irish point and left his previous form under Rules behind when landing a Stratford maiden hurdle under Harry Cobden in August. Has failed to take to chasing so far.

Raised his game to complete a ready first success at Sedgefield in February. Not in the same form completed start since, unseating rider at the first at Market Rasen.

Failed to make an impact over hurdles but there were some positives to take from his chase debut third at Wetherby (19.4f, heavy) on Boxing Day on return from a year off. Clearly fragile and not in the same form at Carlisle.

Went close at Hexham on his return from an absence in October but has gone backwards in 5 subsequent starts and it's probably best to look elsewhere.

Finally got to grips with chasing when landing 8-runner handicap in a re-fitted hood in June 2023. Failed to meet market expectations twice after that year but given a break and he could easily get back on track.

Pretty useful chaser at his best but his decent Catterick second off a 5 lb higher mark in December is flanked by two lesser efforts, while it's hard to ignore the fact that his record in this sphere stands at 0-30.

Remains a maiden under both codes but more to take from efforts over fences, no extra late on when fourth at Warwick a fortnight ago. Tongue tie may help and he's of major interest.

Irish point winner but looked limited in his qualifying runs over hurdles. Fences may see him in a better light now chasing and he's one to monitor in the market.

Successful twice last winter and placed several times since. Soon done with at Musselburgh in February and off the track since.

Not a particularly convincing bunch but TROPICAL TALENT has taken pretty well to chasing, and in the hope a tongue tie helps his finishing effort, he's awarded the vote. Six One Nine is dangerous if returning from a break on his game, with Moves Like Monty one to monitor in the betting.
