Largely progressive over hurdles and improved for switch to chasing, off the mark at second attempt at Doncaster (20.5f) in December. Solid fourth at Cheltenham subsequently (strong form) and capitalised on the drop in grade at Catterick since. Remains of strong interest at this level.

Bumper/dual hurdle winner. Disappointed in handicap hurdles on his first 2 outings this winter but got his career back on track with first-time cheekpieces added to his tongue tie when ½-length second of 5 on chase debut at Carlisle (2m, soft). Went backwards at Ayr next time, however.
