Has failed to shine in 3 starts so far this season but he would be a serious player off this reduced mark if able to reproduce the level form he showed in novice events at Wetherby and Taunton last term.

Got off the mark in Irish points at second attempt and while he hasn't shown much under Rules to this point, improvement may well be forthcoming now pitched into a handicap with first-time blinkers added.

Maiden who showed a bit first 2 starts in novice hurdles last season. No real progress since switched to handicaps but ability is there and it wouldn't be a surprise were he to raise his game a notch in first-time cheekpieces.

Winner at Bangor for Alan King back in 2022 but hasn't covered himself in glory in 5 starts over fences for new yard since returning form a break in September. Others prererred.

Remains a maiden but has posted a series of creditable efforts in defeat since undergoing a wind op last spring, including when second at Taunton (23.9f, soft) recently. One to consider.

Chase winner but record stands at 0-14 over hurdles, not always helping himself with some sloppy jumping. On the upside, he has edged down to a potentially handy mark and is not without hope.

Not disgraced when fourth at Hereford in October but well held at Uttoxeter just before Christmas and his losing run is mounting up.

Remains a maiden after 18 runs overall but he no doubt possesses the required ability to pick up a race or two, particularly if judged on his effort at Ludlow in November. Likely player.

Improved to win a 23f Uttoxeter handicap last spring but it's all been rather inauspicious since and she looks up against it.

This looks wide open and a chance is taken on INCHESTER D'AMSYL, who is now 13 lb lower in the weights compared to when making his handicap debut last spring and perhaps the first-time cheekpieces will help give him a lift. Ginderella has been knocking on the door of late and she is feared most ahead of Newtonian.
