Clearly in need of the experience when sixth in the 13-runner Taunton maiden won by The Gypsy Davey. Will be more street-wise this time but it's likely that she'll come into her own when tackling longer trips in due course.

Fair performer on the Flat in Ireland, winning a 1m Gowran claimer last May. However, offered little in a couple of juvenile hurdles (when trained by Milton Harris) and failed to land a blow returned to the level on debut for this yard last time.

It was probably a slightly stronger race than this that THE GYPSY DAVEY landed on his Rules debut at Taunton and he looks capable of defying a penalty. Isholo du Vivien didn't shape badly switched to hurdles at Kelso and he gets the nod ahead of Callan Queen, who showed signs of ability in a Musselburgh bumper, for forecast purposes.
