Progressive hurdler who built on chase bow/return when good second at Newbury 5 weeks ago, unlucky to bump into one as progressive as Brave Kingdom. Open to further improvement so must enter calculations.

Generally consistent sort so, while he hasn't fired over hurdles on last two starts, this return to the larger obstacles is in his favour.

Winning pointer who was progressive over hurdles, making a winning handicap bow at Uttoxeter on return. Took a much bigger leap forward switched to chasing when narrow winner at Ffos Las (idled) and step up to 3m will suit. Leading contender.

Winner of sole start between the flags and has developed a solid record under Rules. Good second in handicap chase at Wincanton last time but others look better treated.

Lightly-raced in recent seasons but did show aptitude for this job when second of 4 in Wincanton mares' handicap (20f) on Boxing Day, proving no match for the winner. Handicapper has relinquished his grip a little more.

Narrowly denied on sole start in Irish point and went one better on hurdling debut at Ffos Las last year. Back on track making handicap debut after 9 months off at Doncaster and shaped well having been poorly placed on chasing debut at Uttoxeter.
