Dropped in the weights and justified strong support when winning 6-runner handicap chase at Doncaster (19.1f, good) 33 days ago. Still well treated on hurdles form and is respected for all this contest looks deeper.

Supported in the market and produced a career best when winning 8-runner handicap chase at Doncaster (20.5f, good to soft, 11/2) 19 days ago, always holding on. Merits consideration from 5 lb higher mark.

Cashed in a career-low mark in 3-runner chase at Plumpton in October before producing a rather laboured effort back over hurdles on his next start. Back from a break and others make more appeal.

Runner-up on both completed starts this term and looked sure to have a say in the finish when unseating late in handicap chase at Kempton (18f, heavy, 5/2) 18 days ago. Has to be taken seriously.

C&D winner last season. Generally below form this term though, a couple of uncharacteristic mistakes no help when last of 6 at Ludlow last month. Blinkers/tongue strap now applied.

Completed hat-trick in emphatic fashion when winning 9-runner handicap chase at Ffos Las (20.9f, good to soft) 31 days ago. 9 lb rise may not be enough to stop her winning again with further progress likely.

5-time C&D winner, including 3 times last season. Generally below best this season, though did produce his best effort of the term when third of 5 in handicap chase at Stratford (22.6f, soft, 17/2) 23 days ago. Will need to take another step forward.

Was off the bridle a long way out but plugged on gamely to land 10-runner handicap chase at Taunton (16f, heavy, 12/1) 23 days ago. Back up in trip. First run for yard after leaving Richard Hobson. Others more persuasive.

Forecasts

Triple Trade (5/2), Lazy Sunday (18/5), Flagrant Delitiep (11/2), Dreaming Blue (6/1), Pasvolsky (6/1), Mongol Emperor (7/1), Native Robin (12/1), Harlem Soul (12/1), Fanzio (50/1)

17:05 Wincanton - 5 April 2023 - Racecard - Horse Racing - Sporting Life

LAZY SUNDAY tanked along when completing the hat-trick at Ffos Las last time and appeals as one who can go on to better things again as a chaser, so is fancied to extend her winning sequence. Triple Trade might be one who needs plenty to drop right but he arrives after a trio of positive efforts and merits respect, whilst Dreaming Blue also can't be ruled out after his Doncaster success.
