Landed a C&D bumper in November then ran well under a penalty when runner-up back here the following month. Very much the one to beat.

Telescope gelding. Dam, lightly raced in bumpers/over hurdles, half-sister to useful hurdler/chaser (stayed 3¼m) Benbane Head. Probably best watched on debut, unless the betting suggests otherwise.

Eastern Anthem mare. Dam, 2m-2¼m hurdle winner, out of half-sister to bumper winner/smart hurdler (2¾m-3m winner) Material World. Market should be a guide with regard to expectations.

Life Force gelding. Dam showed little in bumpers/over hurdles. Yard 0-8 in bumpers and this 4-y-o doesn't appeal as a probable first-time-out winner.

Shaped better than the bare result when sixth in a 13-runner Doncaster bumper (16.6f, good to soft) on recent debut. Wouldn't need to improve much on that to make an impact here.

Bred for the Flat and hinted at ability when mid-field at Huntingdon in November. Failed to fire at Southwell subsequently but each-way claims if able to get back on track.
