Dual winner last season ran creditably on her return when third at Taunton (19f, good) on return in November but was below form here last time. Blinkers replace usual cheekpieces and she's capable of hitting the frame if able to bounce back.

Didn't kick on after making a winning start over hurdles at Huntingdon last year but remains low mileage in this sphere and could well be sharper this time after a recent spin on the Flat.

Made a winning debut in mares novice hurdle at Wetherby last year but didn't advance her form when placed on her next 3 starts. Little impact in handicaps so far this term and is probably best watched at present.

Fair maiden hurdler who was placed all 6 completed starts last season. Failed to last home after forcing the pace on heavy ground at Warwick last time and she'll be worth noting if the market speaks in her favour after dropping to potentially lenient mark.

Placed first 2 starts in mares' novice/maidens in the summer for Fergal O'Brien. Off for the last 6 months but her pedigree isn't short of speed and she's a very interesting contender dropped back to 2m on her handicap debut.

Only poor form when making the frame in pair of novice hurdles, latterly benefiting from good position in 11-runner event at Wetherby (16f, soft) 25 days ago. Opening mark certainly looks workable, though, and she's worth a market check.

Just modest form at best in bumpers (for Tjade Collier) and well held completed starts over hurdles. Interesting to see whether she can step forward now entering handicaps from a basement mark.

SORCERESS MEDEA is particularly interesting making her handicap debut after a couple of promising efforts in the summer and is taken to make a winning start for Laura Morgan, the drop in trip likely to suit this speedily-bred sort. Angels Landing should be seen to better effect this time and will perhaps represent some value, whilst Harkangel makes her handicap bow from a potentially workable mark.
