Pulled up on sole start in this sphere at Uttoxeter last December but winner of all 3 completed starts over hurdles since, including on return at Hereford (25.5f). Big player if his jumping passes the test at the second attempt over fences.

Fair maiden hurdler who has quickly proven better over fences, left with a simple task when off the mark at Fakenham in October. Creditable efforts since and should be on the premises again.

Winning pointer who improved on opening hurdles exploits when placed in handicaps at Huntingdon/Wincanton last year. Showed aptitude for chasing but probably needed the run here on reappearance. Should make his presence felt.

Fourth in an Irish hunter for John Joseph Hanlon. Just modest form over hurdles for current yard but return to chasing could help.

Not a great deal of encouragement so far, no impact despite attracting support over hurdles on reappearance at Chepstow. Has had another break and worth monitoring in the betting again.

Off the mark under Rules at Huntingdon around a year ago and followed it with a good second. Probably needed his reappearance at Southwell, and might well be back on his game.

Finally got his head in front when successful in handicap chase at Huntingdon in March and followed up back there 8 days later. Disappointing so far this term, though.

MANINTHESHADOWS didn't fire on his only previous go over fences but has thrived over hurdles and this mark looks appealing if his jumping holds up at the second attempt in this sphere. Dan's Chosen is a solid alternative and Smoking Pigeon is likely to build on his recent chasing debut here.
