British EBF 'National Hunt' Novices' Hurdle (Qualifier) (GBB Race)

Successful twice from 5 starts and made the perfect start to his Rules career when landing 4-runner novice at Exeter in March. Off since and tongue tie on for this reappearance but he retains potential.

Shaped with promise when fifth starting out at Punchestown but not in the same form upped in trip at that venue last month.

Placed both bumper starts in the spring but looks a handicap project over hurdles judged on last month's efforts at Uttoxeter.

Much better effort in bumpers 6 months apart when 6 lengths third here last autumn. Absent a further 13 months ahead of this switch to hurdles.

£39,000 3-y-o, €280,000 4-y-o: second foal: dam unraced sister to Go All The Way (stayed 2½m) and Dont Tell No One (stayed 3m), both winning hurdler/useful chaser. Easily won only start in Irish points from sole other finisher (Apr 17) and stable's Rules newcomers always command respect.

Won sole start in points in April and followed up in 12-runner maiden hurdle at Clonmel (16.7f) on Rules debut in September despite going in snatches. Upped in trip but still failed to travel with any zest when third at Cheltenham last month. Still a big form player.
