Fair bumper form for Keith Dalgleish and built on previous promise over hurdles when landing a Newcastle handicap (20.3f, good) in April. Lost action when pulled up at Perth next time and will be a player if all is well back from a break.

Took advantage of much-reduced mark to belatedly open hurdles account at Newcastle (20.3f, good) in April. Entitled to come on for Kelso reappearance spin and he's a live each-way contender.

Third in a Kelso novice on hurdles debut 2 years ago but confined to just 3 subsequent runs in this sphere (twice failing to complete) and while he was runner-up on the Flat when last seen in June, others make more appeal.

Down the field in 3 maiden hurdles in Ireland but there were positives to glean from his effort in a Perth novice (16.2f, good) on debut for new yard/first run following a wind op in July. Tongue strap refitted and may well improve now upped in trip for this handicap bow.

Fair but temperamental handicapper on Flat, winner of just one of his 15 starts in that sphere. No impact in 4 appearances over hurdles to date and it's easy enough to look elsewhere.

Placed twice in Sedgefield bumpers last season but will need to leave previous hurdles form well behind if he's to make an impact on this handicap debut.

Best effort to date when second in a weak 17f Carlisle novice hurdle in March (final run for Nick Alexander). Put in his place back in handicap company here next time and likely to find a few too good.

Closely related to useful hurdler/high-class chaser Royal Rendezvous. No great impact over hurdles thus far but he showed ability in bumpers and could be seen in a better light now venturing down the handicap route.

Signed off last season with creditable efforts in defeat at Carlisle and Hexham but it's hard to ignore the fact that he remains winless following 30 attempts overall (Flat and hurdles).

Already exposed as a poor hurdler and wellbeing has to be taken on trust given that he's not been seen out since falling in a handicap hurdle at Wetherby 19 months ago.

Stepped up on one what he showed in 3 qualifying runs when fourth in a 14-runner Bangor handicap (19.6f, good to soft) in April. Should pick up a race before long provided he builds on that but shapes as though a stiffer test is needed.

Creditable efforts in a pair of Kelso handicaps since returning from a break last month and while more will be needed if she's to belatedly open his account (0-16 over hurdles), this 7-y-o is not without each-way hope.

FAITHFULFLYER showed enough at Perth on debut for this yard to suggest that he is worth supporting now handicapping off a feasible opening mark. The 5-y-o is likely to benefit from this step up in trip and is marginally preferred to fellow handicap debutant Hard Iron. Warriors Story was amiss when last seen during the spring but he appeared to be going the right way prior to that and merits respect in an open-looking race. Bestiarius is also worth a second look.
