Much-improved last season, narrowly landing Betfair Hurdle prior to a sound fifth behind Honeysuckle in the Champion Hurdle. Big effort then may have caught up with him in Aintree Grade 1 final start and this more suitable on seasonal bow.

Scottish Champion Hurdle winner in 2021 prior to an excellent second in Galway Hurdle later last summer. Seen only 3 times since but shaped as if in decent heart prior to falling 2 out in Swinton Hurdle in May. Good showing anticipated back from a break.

Hurdles winner in France who took well to chasing last term, landing pair of small-field events prior to improved efforts in defeat on 2 of last 3 starts. However, more on his plate back over hurdles on return.

Useful sort who ran best race yet over hurdles when runner-up at Aintree (16.5f) in April and possibly found himself in front sooner than ideal when filling same spot in Swinton Hurdle thereafter. Capable of playing a part.

Fairly useful hurdler. Back to something like her best when taking KIllarney handicap (17f) in August and similar form (albeit seen to maximum effect from the front) when second in Grade 3 at Tipperary 7 days ago. Little more needed here.

GIN COCO made a very bright start for Harry Fry back in the spring, readily landing a Fontwell maiden prior to a big effort when runner-up in a handicap at the Punchestown Festival the following month. Open to further improvement in this sphere, he could be the answer with his rider taking off a handy 7 lb. Milkwood has possibly had this as a target for a while and is feared most, ahead of Severance.
