Fairly useful hurdler who was well ridden when landing big-field handicap at Cheltenham (21f) back in November. Handicapper seemed to have his measure thereafter and he ran below par at Market Rasen (23f) in May. Chase debut.

Quickly developed into a useful hurdler in 2020/21 season gaining third success from 5 starts with dominant display in Kelso handicap (20.8f). Fairly low-key efforts in trio of starts over fences last term but he very much remains type to do better in this sphere. Had wind op.

The market should prove informative here but Chris Gordon certainly has his string in good nick and it could pay to side with PRESS YOUR LUCK. He developed into a useful handicap hurdler last term and, with a pointing background, he could well be up to making his mark now tackling larger obstacles. Flash Collonges didn't make the anticipated impact over fences last term but very much remains the type to make his mark this season.
