In a race where quite a few have question marks against them at present the vote goes to OLD NEWS who went close over C&D last month and looks to stand a decent chance of going one better here under a 7 lb claimer who is starting to make a name for himself. The returning Johnston handicap newcomer Wadacre Grace would rate a possible threat if the betting suggests she's fancied. Blackheath is also more than capable off his current mark if able to shrug off a lesser run at Leicester last time.
