16/1, good third of 8 in handicap at Kempton (1½m) 24 days ago. Won't be inconvenienced by the drop back to 1¼m. One to consider.

22/1, ninth of 12 in handicap at Newbury (1¼m, good to firm). Off 105 days. First-time blinkers need to have a positive effect.

Has been in good form for his current yard, returning to winning ways in fine style at Sandown in July. Ran well from an 8 lb higher mark when runner-up at Epsom (8.5f, good to firm) next time and she was hampered when only seventh at Newmarket latest (probably still in form).

Confirmed positive impression from previous 2 starts when winning novice at Wolverhampton by a wide margin and ran well back in a handicap when second over this trip at Chester 4 weeks ago. Respected.

Course winner but below her best on her last 3 starts. Is competitively handicapped if sparking back to life after an 11-week break.

C&D winner but hasn't fired in 2 runs this season, already looked in trouble when badly hampered over 2f out here last time. First-time blinkers replace cheekpieces.
