Opened Rules account at Doncaster in January and has remained in form since, solid third in first-time cheekpieces at Hexham (23.3f, good) last month. Live each-way player.

Hasn't shown much in five runs for present yard and hopes very much pinned on first-time blinkers sparking a revival.

Sole success from 20 starts over hurdles was gained off this mark at Exeter in April 2021. Rather in-and-out since and while he'll have a chance if he puts his best foot forward, others look stronger on balance.

Winless following nine attempts in this sphere, but has hit the crossbar on a couple of occasions and he's entitled to come on for his spin on debut for this yard on the Flat at Nottingham last month. One to consider back in this sphere off a fair mark.

Returned to form from reduced mark when narrowly landing handicap hurdle at Taunton in February. Latest third at Exeter (23.1f, good to soft) was a good effort and he has to enter calculations.

Proved that she retains plenty of ability when third of 10 in a Fontwell handicap (21.8f, good) on second run following a lengthy absence last month. Claims if able to build on that.

Successful four times between the flags and lost no caste in defeat back under Rules when runner-up in 19.4f handicap chase at Ffos Las recently. 5 lb higher back in this sphere, though, and likely to find one or two too good.

Left previous form behind when bolting up at Uttoxeter (23.3f, good to soft) last month. 9 lb rise means that another personal best is needed, but she may well be equal to the task.

Showed ability on the second of his three qualifying runs, but little impact switched to handicaps the last twice and it's best to look elsewhere.

Point winner who has hit the crossbar a couple of times in this sphere. No show in a couple of runs over fences since returning from a seven-month break, but returns to hurdles on an attractive mark and sports a first-time tongue strap.

Showed some ability in a pair of Irish maiden hurdles for Miss Elizabeth Doyle in March 2021. However, her two efforts for this yard (12 months apart) have not been overly inspiring.

Looked limited in Ireland, but positive start for new yard when runner-up at Uttoxeter (23.3f) last month. Still in the mix when exiting at the third-last over the same C&D (race won by Gold Leader) since and she's an each-way player.

Capitalised on a much reduced mark when seeing off 17 rivals at Exeter in a first-time visor in April. Clear of the rest when runner-up at Sedgefield (27f, good) next time and he merits respect on debut for new yard.

Posted best effort for some time when taking a six-runner Southwell handicap (24.3f) in May. Put in another good shift when runner-up over the same C&D a fortnight ago and likely to be on the premises once again.

Seemingly benefited from the return to hurdles with usual headgear omitted when third of eight over this C&D last time. Down another 2 lb and he will be a danger to all if able to build on that effort.

Improved when opening her account at Southwell (20.4f) in April and probably would've won again at Ludlow next time but for hanging. Looked booked for third when falling at the last back at Southwell last time and she merits respect.

GOLD LEADER did the job in good style when opening her account at Uttoxeter and a 9 lb rise may not be enough to prevent her from striking again. It's likely that The Wild Wild Sea will be in the mix, provided her final-flight fall at Southwell hasn't dented her confidence, while Lake Shore Drive is one of several others with appealing credentials in a competitive-looking race.
