There are a couple of interesting newcomers on show, but BETWEENTHESTICKS is taken to put his experience to good use and emerge on top. He went close twice within the space of nine days last month, latterly at Ripon where he pulled clear of the third, and he is proven at this course. Alice Haynes is proving to be an adept handler of 2-y-os and she saddles Elongate, who could be the pick of the newcomers ahead of Out of Shadows.
