PILGRIMS KING has been well backed for both of his starts in handicaps so far, scoring over C&D at the second attempt, and he can land the spoils again here. The 6-y-o overcame the run of the race to win readily last time, so a 6 lb rise might not be enough to prevent him following up. Karannelle can give her running again and is second choice, ahead of Social City who remains lightly raced over hurdles.
